Here's how you can learn, invite, visit, and embrace (live) your full potential:
- First we LEARN through exploration and discovery. Or investigate yourself - your truth, likes, beliefs, wants, needs, and values. You go to "Possibility Land" and play with a wide array of options to observe, think, and reflect on yourself and how you live. You may decide to gather information, write your reflections in a journal, or take a career assessment. Have fun! Think about and observe yourself and your interests. The sky's the limit, so enjoy!
- INVITE yourself to experiment. Give yourself permission to learn by trial and error. Congratulate yourself for experimenting. Go deeper with your information gathering and decide several areas of your life that you want to improve, make peace with, or move ahead toward. Then, you visualize yourself in that new career, losing those 10 pounds, or sipping a cup of coffee in your newly organized oasis. You mentally get your head in the game and give yourself room to prepare to take a leap of faith and "just do it."
- Next, you VISIT with strategy. This step involves planning a course of action(s) that fits in with your life circumstances. You may still have several areas of interest you want to check out. So, you do it. You get a part-time job in a new career area, join a health club, or take a class. I will support you in figuring out the best strategies to leverage yourself and make your life unfold in your own way.
- EMBRACE your new, improved self and your mindful choices! You have completed the four steps to LIVE your full potential. You have made way for one or two goals to focus on using your elevated energy level, coaching tools, knowledge, and confidence. Your "coast is clear" to go for it!
YOUR COACHING OPTIONS:
One-on-one coaching by telephone and/or e-mail. Live, in-person coaching is available for local clients. Cost is $150 for three 30 minute sessions per month or two 45 minute sessions per month. We can also customize a schedule that works for you. "Just in Time" coaching is also available for those who don't want to commit to a monthly payment contract and want access to coaching services when they need to be coached on something. Cost is $50 per one half hour session or $2.00 a minute for 20 minutes.
Group coaching is available by telephone (teleclasses) countrywide and offered live for local groups including Southern MN and the Twin Cities, MN metro area. Travel expenses are included in the group coaching contract and paid for by the group or business requesting these services. Out of state group coaching fees include all travel expenses, including airfare.
Who uses group coaching? Group coaching is ideal for participants that are dealing with similar issues or pursuing similar outcomes. A coach serves as a group facilitator asking powerful questions and supporting discussion and creating strategies to help each person in the group move toward their desired outcome more quickly and with less struggle.
Workshops are offered live for local individual clients and groups. Out of state workshop fees include all travel expenses, including airfare. Workshop and group coaching fees vary according to group size, number of classes, materials required, travel expenses, and time commitment.
