EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT INVENTORY ( EQ-I® )

Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-I®), developed by Dr. Reuven Bar-On, an Israeli psychologist, is the first validated assessment instrument to accurately measure an individual's emotional intelligence. He developed the EQ-I® after 20 years of research into the question, "Why do some people with high IQ's fail in life, while others with moderate IQ's succeed?" Since its release in 1997, the EQ-I® has been administered to over 45,000 people.
