About Cyber Coaching Cyber coaching is a fancy way of saying coaching via e-mail. If you more easily process thoughts and communicate more effectively and comfortably via e-mail, this is a wonderful and effective way to be coached. Days and times are scheduled for our e-mail coaching sessions in the same way in-person and phone coaching sessions are scheduled. Cyber coaching is a flexible, serene way to get coaching work done, and it's cost effective (no phone charges). In addition, it's my style for my clients and I to communicate via e-mail between coaching sessions when and if they have questions, comments, or "wins" to share.
